Ideal TechWarranty (RMA) Policy

1.Full Years Warranty Covered
* Example, Asus has 3 Years Warranty, Western Digital Caviar Black Hard drive comes with 5 years warranty, within the warranty period (based on the receipt or warranty sticker on products), and we will cover full year warranty without charges.

2.Fourteen days One to One Exchange
* If the products found faulty in 14 days (which the products’ model are recommendedby our sales person). We offer one to one exchange or change to other same price brand/models.

3.Warranty claim process / Warranty return
* All the faulty products will get one to one swap if got ex-stock on hand (Only if no physical damage onproducts).
* IdealTech will need to bear with the shipping cost on collecting warranty item from Customers for RMA; and IdealTech will bear for the shipping cost on returning goods to customers.
* If the warranty products found NO PROBLEM, customers will need to cover all the shipping cost (send and return)

4.Ideal Tech response for the Shipment lost or damaged.
* A replacement of products will be sent if shipment missing by our appointed shipping company. If the parcel was damaged, customers need to take photo of the parcel immediately in front of the courier service representative, and contact us with in 24 hours to get the replacement.

5.RMA /Service charges on the products
* Ideal Tech reserves the right to charge certain amount of service charge when customers send us the products or warranty claims which are not sold by our store.
